Fbdev

fbdev is a simple video card driver that accesses the video ram directly. It does not provide hardware accelration, but should work with most video cards correctly. You can achive high console resolutions, as well as use X sessions using the fbdev video card driver. Be sure to check both fbdev and fbxine too.
