Bugs in forum software

There is also a bug in forum signup. I use a Yahoo account, and the forum has never sent the authorization email. I know it took my login info, because it now shows me as "inactive" when I try to log in.

There seems to be a bug left in this forum software (or, more likely, the setup of it), I created a forum thread about the problem: http://www.knoppix.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=22370

In short, I got an error message when updating any page of this wiki, but the changes seem to be active anyway, causing quite a bit of confusion on my side.
