How Knoppix 4.0.2 CD boots.

A series of screen shots demonstrating the boot commands mentioned in the Tips&Tricks section of the Cheatcodes documentation.

Based on booting Knoppix 3.8.2, which is the wiki version of what became Appendix A of the Hacking Knoppix book.
