Description
Up for sale is a lot of two vintage (or nearing vintage) floppy disk storage cases (with a red finish on them); one of which is an SRW Minikas-Ette/10 branded Library Case designed to store 5.25" floppy disks while the other is an SRW Microflex/10 branded slim case designed to hold ten 3.5" floppy diskettes. I'm not exactly certain what the storage capacity for the 5.25" Color Coder case is, but I'm guessing it is capable of holding at least ten floppy disks.
Each of these cases had been sitting on a shelf for the past unknown number of decades... the Color Coder 5.25" floppy disk case is from either the mid to late eighties (or maybe from the very early nineties) while the SRW 3.5" is from later... the nineties, to be exact. The 5.25" case has some remnants of a sticker label; (which was removed and rubbed off with Goo Gone and a Clorox multi-purpose spray cleaner with some disinfectant wipes) along its spine. The SRW case appears to be in better shape; albeit some minor wear on it brought on by previous use.I'm currently in the process of clearing out all my old vintage computer related stuff and this is the second of two similar floppy disk storage case listings that I'm putting up for sale... please be sure to check out the other one as soon as these listings go live; so please be sure to get in on this deal while it still lasts, for my loss is your gain as they say in the trade.
