This Macintosh has had the logic board and analog board fully recapped (I did the job myself). It works great but has a few issues you should be aware of!

It has a crack on the top right corner of the case (see photo). Entirely cosmetic, does not affect the structural integrity.

There is some chipping of the plastic on the left and right side of the floppy drive opening (see photos). I have no clue what caused this, but it was like that when I got it.

Sometimes the screen brightness will flicker very slightly. I think the brightness pot is likely the cause. I never investigated it much because it’s really not a huge issue.

The CRT does have some slight burn-in, but it’s still nice and crisp.

The PRAM battery has been completely removed but not replaced. So if you will have to install your own battery if you want one.

This SE/30 has the older logic board with a socketed 68030 CPU.

The Mac has 20MB of RAM installed and a 1.2GB Quantum fireball that is basically brand new (I bought the drive NOS in 2018).

It’s currently running system 7.5.3.
