New Power supply (Sony PSP adapted for Atari), New 5pin DIN to composite cable is included.Tested:

Keyboard: All keys work (including the function keys)
SIO port tested
Joystick ports tested
Cartridge port also tested
Passes all self tests
Passes all memory test, including extended memory test
Sets-up 130XE RAM disk (as pictured). This is another indication that the extended memory functions correctly
